How I can return the product?

The consumer shall have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract (from the moment of receive the shppment).

Withdraw from the contract it is possible only if the buyer is a consumer and the purchase was in the an entrepreneur. 

A consumer is a person making a legal transation with an entrepreneur not directly related to his business or professional activity. 

The return shipping cost is cover by the buyer.
