• Open and check the package with a courier. 
• Write the damage protocol with a courier - in the case of receive a damage product. 
• We are not responsible for the demage of the packages during the transport by the courier company. 
• A complain please send on the adress: lublin@mobilpol.pl. We will consider it during 14 days from the moment of receive the claimed good. 
• To the package please add the form with (your personal data, description of product defect, bank account number, proof of purchase - invoice copy).
• I am not receive the package cash on delivery.
